• Yokatta-na is great eaten raw or cooked. If making a salad chop up the stems and then toss leaves and stems with dressing of your choice. Also yokatta-na can be used in stir fries as in this recipe for Stir Fry Sesame Yokattana.

  • Fun Fact 'Yokatta' comes from the Japanese adjective meaning “good”. However, in Japanese “yokatta” is often used as an interjection that can be translated as “I'm so glad”.
