Stir Fry Sesame Yokattana

Ingredients

  • Yokattana Bunch
  • 1 TBSP Plum Vinegar
  • 2 tsps Balsamic Vinegar  
  • 1 TBSP Sesame Oil
  • 1 TBSP Sesame Seeds

Directions

  1. Add sesame seeds to pan with sesame oil
  2. Allow sesame seeds to toast for a few minutes until slightly browned
  3. Add Chopped yokattana leaves and stems
  4. Add Balsamic and Plum Vinegars
  5. Let leaves cook until wilted and tender
